Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Snowflake Developer with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Snowflake-based solutions, ensuring data quality, security, and scalability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
Write complex SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data in Snowflake.
Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to Snowflake.
Build and optimize ETL pipelines to process and integrate large datasets into the Snowflake environment.
Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to understand data requirements and design solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Snowflake environment.
Monitor performance and optimize Snowflake queries for efficiency and speed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Snowflake performance or data integration.

Qualifications

1 to 1.5 years of experience working with Snowflake as a developer.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Matillion, Informatica, or similar).
Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and database design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their integration with Snowflake.
Experience with data integration and transformation tools.
Good understanding of database management, security, and optimization in Snowflake.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
Knowledge of Snowflake optimization techniques like clustering, materialized views, and query caching.
Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD pipelines.
Certifications in Snowflake or related technologies.
