Hands-on troubleshooting of Linux, AWS, DevOps, and working independently as well as by collaborating with other team members
Involve in day-to-day operations, support, and deploying software/OS/infrastructure upgrades
Work closely with the Automation team to fix issues in current automation as well as provide feedback on next-gen automation infrastructure.
Candidate is expected to participate in scrum calls / daily stand-up meetings and handle customer (our client’s end customers) escalations.
Participate in technical reviews, provide feedback on processes that work and what can be improved, to ensure we continually raise the bar.
Setup cloud infrastructure on Cloud
Be comfortable with using Automation, Provisioning, and Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems like Red Hat, Amazon Linux
Non-Technical Responsibilities:
Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Adept at building relationships with clients
Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment.
Job does not typically require working for non-working hours or for extended hours, but there may be meetings that require doing so (given the nature of job to manage day-to-day operations)
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in Linux
0-1 years of experience with DevOps tools
Proficiency in Linux Programming and Shell scripting
Software development or scripting experience in Java/Python
Experience with DevOps tools:
Config Management: Ansible.
CI/CD: Jenkins, etc.
Container: Docker.
Knowledge of working on AWS. (basic)
