Description

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Python Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience and strong Python expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and working with Large Language Models (LLMs), along with the ability to integrate AI-driven features into real-world systems.

What You’ll Do:

Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python
Design and build scalable, secure web applications and RESTful APIs
Integrate LLM-based features such as chatbots, summarization, semantic search, and recommendation systems
Work with modern frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Collaborate closely with frontend developers and cross-functional teams
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in development and production environments

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Python development
Strong proficiency in Python with solid coding fundamentals
Experience with at least one web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines)
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and best practices

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Strong proficiency in SQL
Good understanding of data engineering fundamentals
Working knowledge of Python for data processing is preferred
Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline concepts
Basic understanding of Jira or similar ticketing tools
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
