Specializing in technical and cutting-edge technology projects, we’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who can lead client engagements, ensure consistent high-quality delivery, and align technical execution with business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams on service delivery matters
• Ensure project and service deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and project management, to drive execution
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and manage issue resolution and escalation processes effectively
• Align technical delivery with business goals in close collaboration with the Data Engineering and Development teams
• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing role
• Strong project management and team coordination skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with SLA management, performance reporting, and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
